GENERAL TERMS OF USE
These terms and conditions set out above
represent a complete statement of the agreement between the service provider
and all client parties, superseding all prior discussions, correspondence and representations.
We are a Personal and Professional Development Service Provider, providing
services (e.g. training, life coaching, consulting, and contractor support) to
clients (e.g. students, participants, individuals, groups, for-profit
businesses, nonprofit organizations, local, state, and federal governments and
agencies, etc.). Our advertisements are for information purposes only and
are not intended to form any agreement between Life Skills Training Network and
the recipient.
Life Skills Training Network reserves the right to cancel
services at any time without notice or liability or change pricing,
registration terms and conditions, any products or programs described on this
website, or course location. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any terms or
conditions specified on or referenced within an ordering document shall have no
force or effect, and in no event shall Life Skills Training Network 's
performance of services or provision of products constitute acceptance of any such
terms or conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by Florida
law, without regard to any conflicts of law.
To sign up for services a class, you must register before it
begins. Payment or method of billing is preferred at the time of registration.
Registrations without payment or method of billing are not guaranteed and may
be forfeited at any time prior to receipt of payment or method of billing.
Class sizes are limited, so we recommend registering early to guarantee a space
in the class.
PRIVACY
Life Skills Training Network recognizes that protecting
privacy is essential to ensuring human dignity and safety. Whether you are
using any of our services, making a financial contribution, enrolling in
training, or otherwise accessing our digital content, your privacy is a
priority, and we go to great lengths to protect it. The collection, use, and
disclosure of your personal information will be consistent with the Freddi T.
Lane Enterprises Inc. dba Life Skills Training Network’s mission is to provide
education, resources, services, and support for people of all walks of
life.
Each time you engage in any of the Freddi T. Lane
Enterprises Inc. dba Life Skills Training Network Services and Activities, you
are indicating your acknowledgement, acceptance, and consent to the collection,
use, management, and disclosure of your personal information as set forth in
this Policy subject to applicable law. We may revise this Policy periodically
at any time, and will let you know of any changes by posting a revised Policy
on our website with a new effective date.
PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS
Participants understand and consent to potential
photography, videography, and audio recording during training.
Registration for, attendance at, or ordering of any Life Skills Training
Network course constitutes agreement to the potential use of one's image or
likeness for internal training purposes in evaluating instructor performance
and for marketing/advertising future courses or instructor recruitment.
PAYING FOR SERVICES
Your method of payment will be charged when ordering
services.

Open Enrollment Classes: Student Absences
Non-attendance does not excuse tuition; no credits will be
transferred or refunded.
FLEXIBLE TRANSFER/CANCELLATION
POLICY FOR SERVICE
Cancellations or a transfer of service may be made without
any penalty within 14 calendar days prior to scheduled service start date. If
participant or client opts to change the date of services 7 calendar days
before the start date 100% of any fees paid will be applied toward the fee for
the new service date. If a customer cancels less than 7 calendar days prior to
the service start date a fee equal to 100% of the service cost and fees will be
non-refundable.
COURSE POSTPONEMENTS
At times, we may be required to change a course location,
course date or postpone a course. We will try to give the customer as much
advance notice as possible of any such change. If the customer is unable to
attend the revised location or date, we will credit 100% of any prepaid
training fees paid against a future course or, if requested, refund those fees
within 30 business day following the original scheduled course date.
Changes in course locations, course dates or the
postponement of courses will not extend any promotional offers. Life Skills
Training Network's sole liability will be limited to any fees paid to the
course in question and Life Skills Training Network shall not be responsible
for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever.
COACHING SERVICES
Coaching Sessions
Each coaching session will last approximately sixty minutes.
Specific details on session timing are available in the frequently asked
questions section. The cost of each coaching package is inclusive of all
associated expenses, such as program administration and coach preparation.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
Payment
for each coaching package must be paid in full, in advance.
We
accept the payment methods listed above in the "PAYING FOR SERVICE
" section.
SCHEDULING AND DELIVERY OF COACHING SESSIONS
All
coaching sessions must be completed within 3 months (90 days). Failure to
complete all sessions within 3 months (90 days) will result in forfeiture
of the remaining coaching sessions. Weekly or Bi-Weekly coaching sessions
will be determined and scheduled during the in-take session
Please
note that all payments are non-refundable after the first coaching session
has been delivered. Upon establishment of a complete session schedule, the
coach's time is reserved exclusively for the client. The session schedule
is limited to a maximum of three months, during which the coach's
availability is exclusively allocated. The schedule for sessions is
subject to the outlined terms and conditions. Given a coach's pre-booked
availability throughout the year-long delivery period, any scheduled coaching
sessions are non-transferable to other assignments. Purchased coaching
sessions are non-transferable. Transfer of these services to other
customer service staff is not permitted.
Missed
sessions due to by an unforeseen emergency may be rescheduled at no cost
(limited to two [2] occurrence) at the discretion of Life Skills
Training Network .
CONFIDENTIALITY
All coaching services offered by the Life Skills Training
Network will adhere to the organization's established . All information
revealed during coaching sessions shall remain confidential and will not be
disclosed to the coaching sponsors or partner unless specifically
mandated. We will only share high-level overviews—summaries, trends, and
themes—with coaching sponsors. Before coaching, Life Skills Training
Network will notify clients of any client
information that must be shared with sponsors as per coaching orders.

Network coaching constitutes agreement to the potential use of one's image or

coach recruitment.
DISCLAIMER
Every coaching package provides education related to its
session topics. These packages are sold with the understanding that Life Skills
Training Network is not providing legal
advice or other professional services.
Life Skills Training Network ' coaching services promote
personal and professional growth but don't replace therapy or counseling.
Coaching centers around goal-setting, performance improvement, and personal
development. Unlike counseling or therapy, which focus on emotional or
psychological issues, it is different. Participants understand coaching isn't a
substitute for mental health treatment; seek a professional for mental health
concerns.
INDIVIDUAL CONDUCT POLICY FOR COACHING
All coaching program participants are expected to
demonstrate respectful and professional behavior when interacting with coaches
and staff.
COACH CERTIFICATION
Life Skills Training Network Coaches are certified by Life
Breakthrough Academy or a similar organization. Life Breakthrough Academy
is accredited by the Association for Coaching, has an A+ accreditation with the
Better Business Bureau, and is affiliated with:
- The Biblical Coaching Alliance
– The Association for Coaching
– The Association of Coaches and Coach Training
Organizations.
Life coaching is not a government regulated industry.
There is no accreditation or approval recognized or regulated or overseen
by any federal, state or local government agency for life coaches. Life
coaching is NOT part of the allied health field or the fields of counseling,
therapy or clinical psychology.
