8-Week 1:1 Coaching Program Appointment Types
Our focused 8-week program is built on several structured, private (1:1) coaching sessions. Each session has a clear purpose to help maximize your personal growth:
Intake Session:
This first meeting is about getting to know each other and setting things up for coaching. We will get some important background details from you. We want to understand why you're interested in coaching and discuss your main goals or hopes. We'll also answer your questions about how coaching works. A key part of this meeting is making sure we will work well together. This session builds the base for our coaching partnership.
Week 1 Introductory Session:
Purpose: This session comes after the intake meeting and goes deeper into setting up our coaching partnership. We work together to create specific goals for the 8 weeks that we can track. We also explore what truly matters to you (your values) and what motivates you. Then, we'll start sketching out a plan and decide what topics to focus on in our later sessions.
Week 2-7 Regular Meeting Sessions:
Purpose: These are the main weekly work sessions of the program. Each week, we talk about how you're doing and the steps you took. We work on any problems or difficulties you faced. We also practice and improve certain life skills together. We'll celebrate your successes and the new things you realized (insights). Then, we set clear steps for you to take next week. Meeting regularly like this keeps you moving forward and helps you make these new skills a natural part of your life.
Week 8 Capstone Session:
Purpose: This last meeting is a strong finish to your 8-week experience. We will look back at your total progress. We'll think about the important skills you learned and the new understandings you gained. We will recognize and celebrate your achievements and how you've changed (your transformation). We will also talk about ways to keep up your progress and continue growing after the program ends.
